INSURANCE

Health care, dental and ambulance services are not free in Mexico. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellations due to strikes and other causes.

Please ensure that your insurance cover also covers you for attendance at the Symposium, any tours associated with this and all social events.

A condition of registration for the Symposium is that staff of ISVO'06, the Mexican Soil Science Society , it's servants, agent affiliates, or officers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, or loss or damage to property of participants however caused or arising.

By selecting this tour you release ASA, CSSA, and SSSA, ISVO'06 staff, their directors, officers, agents, and employees from all liablility and any claim or demand you may have on account of injury during this tour.

VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All visitors to Mexico are asked to contact their nearest High Commission / Embassy / Consulate to obtain information about the visa requirements applicable to them.

Your travel agent may also be able to assist you with this information.

In Mexico, the electricity standarts are following those one of the USA: 110 V + 2 flats plug-in.
